As a member of the South African Insurance Association (SAIA), we are committed to upholding the highest industry standards as set out in the SAIA Code of Conduct. This commitment extends to all our service providers, including assessors, repairers, and claims administrators, who are also bound by these ethical principles. By ensuring fairness, transparency, and accountability across our network, we protect our customers’ rights, promote responsible business practices, and maintain the trust that sets us apart in the insurance industry.

OUTsurance is a law-abiding corporate citizen and is committed to comply with relevant legislative and regulatory requirements. We regard criminal activity as an extremely serious matter and is committed to the enforcement of an anti-crime culture throughout our employees and service providers, which is supported by a zero-tolerance philosophy.
OUTsurance has two different options available were actual or suspected improper conduct and or fraudulent activities, can be reported here. Whistle-blowers are not required to provide their identity when making a report and their confidentiality will be protected.
