OUTsurance has been certified as a 2023 Top Employer by the Top Employer Institute, recognising our company’s best HR practices.

As a global authority, the Top Employer Institute celebrates excellence in people practices. It’s a certification program that enables organisations to assess and improve the workplace.

To be recognised as a Top Employer, OUTsurance was evaluated based on entry criteria and required to take part in the HR Best Practices Survey. The survey takes a look at people practices based on 6 domains covering key HR themes: Steer, Shape, Attract, Develop, Engage, and Unite.

“Exceptional times bring out the best in people and organisations. And we have witnessed this in our Top Employers Certification Programme this year: exceptional performance from the certified Top Employers 2023. These employers have always shown that they care for the development and well-being of their people. By doing so, they collectively enrich the world of work. We are proud to announce and celebrate this year’s group of leading people-oriented employers: the Top Employers 2023,” says David Plink, CEO of the Top Employers Institute.

“We are very proud to be acknowledged by the Top Employer Institute as a Top Employer. OUTsurance constantly strives to stick to the core values that we have set for ourselves as a company,” said Suren Naidoo, OUTsurance’s Chief People Officer.

Naidoo added: “Our mission is to create a working environment that's open to long-term careers for our staff which prompts us to hire people based on attitude and teach skills. Following the pandemic, we have hired more people and continue to grow as a company. You can find incredible job opportunities in our various departments on our careers page.”
