OUTsurance is now an official Top Employer in South Africa. This prestigious certification is the result of a comprehensive programme run by the Top Employers Institute, a global authority in recognising excellence in people practices.
The programme extensively assesses, evaluates and validates (via a third-party audit) a company’s human resources practices across a number of areas and benchmarks it against other organisations and general best practice.
The categories and sub-categories on which the programme focuses, are as follows:

On the certification, OUTsurance’s Chief People Officer, Suren Naidoo, stated, “We are extremely proud of this official acknowledgement.
