Insurance crime bureau board elects first chair

The short-term insurance industry, under the auspices of the South African Insurance Association (SAIA), is escalating its fight against insurance fraud. Mr Servaas du Plessis, from the FirstRand STI Group representing OUTsurance and Momentum STI, was voted to take up the position as the newly established Insurance Crime Bureau's (ICB) first Chair of the Board.
