Business Help@OUT offers business insurance clients the following emergency services:
Help@OUT will come to your rescue when our commercial vehicle clients need us most. You will automatically, free of charge, have access to this service if your commercial vehicle's Gross Vehicle Mass (GVM) is less than 3 500 kg. This includes passenger vehicles, light delivery vehicles and motorcycles.
Personal OUTsurance also provides Help@OUT emergency roadside assistance.
If your vehicle has a GVM above 3 500 kg (other than passenger vehicles, light delivery vehicles and motorcycles), Help@OUT will still go above and beyond to assist you in a case of an emergency on the road. Just phone our call centre at 08 600 80 000 and we will organise the required assistance. All costs related to the emergency assistance will, however, be for your own account.
If you want Help@OUT roadside assistance included as part of your cover for all your commercial vehicles with a GVM above 3 500 kg (other than passenger vehicles, light delivery vehicles and motorcycles), optional Commercial Help@OUT can be added to your facility at an additional premium. This cover is specific to each vehicle for which you have selected it.
An annual limit of R10 000 per vehicle applies to the cover.
The costs for materials, parts and additional labour are not included. Where the vehicle is carrying stock or other goods, the cost of salvaging these items and cleaning up are excluded.
Help@OUT will sort out any emergency that occurs at your business premises - at any time of the day or night. Office assistance is available to clients if you have your contents or building covered by Business OUTsurance.
An annual limit of R5 000 or a maximum of two incidents applies to the cover.
A referral service is also available where we can put you in contact with a list of preferred service providers who will be able to assist you with office appliance repairs or services.
Help@OUT is still available even if your limits are exceeded, but any costs incurred for the services rendered will be for your own account.

A professional medical and legal phone advice line is available anywhere in South Africa - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can add this optional cover to any of your vehicle, motorcycle, fire, office contents and buildings combined risks at an additional premium.
